Our plant involves a substantial capital outlay and is one of the
most modern and sophisticated plant today in the country.
Spread over an area of 10,000 Sq. mts., the plant has a build up
area of approximately 2,400 Sq. mts. (total construction RCC) with
adequate greenery in the open areas prevent dust etc.
All the critical manufacturing areas are fully air conditioned with
precise temperature and humidity controls.
The plant produces capsules of sizes "0", "1",
"2" & "3" presently, and is shortly introducing
size "4".
Chemcaps has imported 156 AMK III automatic printing machines from
Markem USA to give the best quality linear (axial) prints and have
machines for Spin (radial) prints. Imprinting on imported high speed
automatic printing machine allows clear and sharp printing. Only
Special FDA certified inks are used for printing. The company has
highly skilled manpower trained in all aspects of this process.
The finished product is packaged and supplied in a form so as to
ensure stability and safety of the product to the user. Every container
carries a label, which gives all the necessary details required
by the user.
